Both environmentally friendly and kid friendly, Villa Nedine covers three floors with three of the four bedrooms situated on the ground floor along with an outdoor living area perfect for some relaxation.

Living and Dining Area at Villa Nedine

Upstairs, on the middle level, you’ll find the open plan living & dining room. They are also incorporates a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools. Decorated in an aqua and white colour scheme, while making use of recycled materials in a really chic and cool way, along with a combination of rattan and exposed concrete, this expansive air-conditioned room covers the whole floor. It features full-length glass doors that open up to the balcony offering views of the garden and glimpses of the ocean, as well as large deeply cushioned sofas to relax on, both indoors and outdoors. If you fancy an evening in, you can watch Netflix shows in this room on the 3×3-metre screen projector, which is a fun thing to do with your whole group. The dining area sets with a table for 8 and there is also a little playing nook for the kids. 

Bedrooms at Villa Nedine

If you’re the lucky couple who won the toss for the master bedroom, the top floor will be all yours. It boasts its own private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom fitted with a monsoon shower and a bathtub for two. The remaining 3 bedrooms open directly to the garden and pool. All set with queen-size double beds and each has a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. The villa comes with daily housekeeping services and a security team to keep you safe.

Pool and Outdoor area Villa Nedine

The delightful tropical garden is planted with travellers’ palms, sweet-scented frangipani trees, flowering shrubs and a big lawn that invites the kids to run around. The garden is ideal for hosting barbecues. The 12-metre swimming pool is great for swimming laps or simply dipping in and out to cool down. It has a dedicated shallow area for kids and is bordered by a timber deck, furnished with luxurious double loungers where you can doze or read a book in the shade of an umbrella.  The covered terrace is another spot for hanging out with a cocktail or good book in the shade. 

Service and Facilities

• Both environmentally friendly and kid friendly. Villa Nedine boasts a contemporary design and features an open living concept with a Balinese touch in furnishing.
• 8 adults and 2 children (4 ensuite bedrooms: 3 with king beds, 1 with queen bed). Two extra beds may be set up on guest request at additional charge.
• Pool size: 4.2m x 12m x 1.5m depth pool with shallow Area for children and 2 x double lounge chair. Pool Toys and Pool Fence are available upon request.
• Living Areas: EOne living room with air-condition and dining room with open kitchen, a balcony (with bale, rattan chairs and ceiling fans), and an open sitting area, roofed in front of the pool.
• Dining Areas: Master Villa has an indoor dining area with a dining table that can sit up to 12 persons. Guest Villa has an indoor dining area with a dining table that can sit up to 4 persons. A kitchen bar than can sit up to 3 persons (total of 7 persons seated); Alfresco dining area with a dining table that can seat 8 persons.
• Dining: PPrivate Chef service is available upon request (extra charge). All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance
• Entertainment: 3x3m sliding screen with projector in the living room with built-in speakers, Netflix, Books.
