External Vendor Policy:
To ensure the villa’s equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa to provide you with complete peace of mind. The company strictly prohibitsthe use of external vendors and will impose a fine of IDR 2.000.000.

At your service: The villa is fully staffed with villa attendance, gardener, pool caretaker and an onsite manager, available to take care of you. The staffs do not live on the property, but are available when you need any assistance.

Gentle Reminder:
As part of the jungle charm, you might encounter some curious monkeys around the property. To ensure a harmonious stay for both you and our furry friends, kindly refrain from leaving food outside your room.
