Villa Anaya Manis

The property known as Villa Anaya Manis comprises two villas. A four-bedroom main villa and a three-bedroom guest villa, which can be booked together or separately in a combination that suits your needs to accommodate up to 18 adults. Each villa has its own swimming pool; the master pool measures 8.5 metres, while the guest pool is slightly larger at nine metres in length.  The pool area features a stone deck, furnished with sunloungers, with walkways in the middle so you can access both sides with ease.

There is also a dining table for twelve on the shaded terrace where you can enjoy alfresco meals. Cushioned sofas offer another comfortable spot for spending time in the open air. The two air-conditioned living & dining areas each incorporate a state-of-the-art kitchen. Here, the crisp, well-balanced, black & white aesthetic oozes with urban refinement, complemented by full-length glass doors. Large U-shaped sofas, with white cushions, overlook the pools and garden, and each living room with a Smart TV for your entertainment.

The dining areas sets with tables for up to twenty people. While warm, diffused lighting creates a comfortable and enjoyable ambience. The main villa also has a well-equipped gym and a glass walled wine cellar. The artistic purity and inherent glamour of the iconic black & white palette extends to the air-conditioned bedrooms. Which display layered, dimensional spaces featuring white walls, black hardwood floors, black & white framed photographs, and the occasional pop of colour to provide a cheerful yet structured sense of energy. All bedrooms are with king-sized beds and all feature first-class amenities. Including blackout curtains, wardrobes, safe deposit boxes, and electricity sockets close to the beds.

The master bedroom has a 53-inch TV and a balcony shaded by a large traveller’s palm, characterised by the spectacular, flat fan formation of its paddle like leaves. • Capacity: 18 adults; maximum of 4 extra beds may be booked at additional cost
• Pool size: 8.5m x 4.5m x 1.5m depth (Master Villa swimming pool with shallow end); 9m x 4m x 1.5m depth (Guest Villa swimming pool).
• Living Areas: Enclosed Indoor living areas are equipped with flat-screen smart television, ceiling fan, and air-conditioning; Pool-side deck with lounge chairs; Garden area perfect for yoga sessions and small gatherings of up to 20 persons (extra charge).
• Dining Areas: Master Villa has an indoor dining area with a dining table that can sit up to 12 persons. Guest Villa has an indoor dining area with a dining table that can sit up to 4 persons. A kitchen bar than can sit up to 3 persons (total of 7 persons seated); Alfresco dining area with a dining table that can seat 8 persons.
• Dining: Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge. Chef shopping service and pre-arrival shopping service is available at grocery bill + 15% handling fee. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance at extra charge.
• Kitchen: Refrigerator (2), freezer, microwave (2), coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker. Dishwasher, oven (2), stove, electric kettle, juicer, wine fridge, wine glasses, kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser.
