Designed by acclaimed architect Alexis Dornier, this three-story Akashi residence is made to impress. The anticipation builds as you enter the villa. A grand entrance leads to a spacious dining room, before the floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to the big reveal: a vast atrium that opens up to the sky and sunshine. From here, you see the villa’s stunning statement piece: a gleaming sculptural waterslide that swoops into the 17m-long swimming pool. Sunbeds and a roofed lounge area provide inviting spots for relaxation and cocktails. It’s designed for the ultimate pool party—make moves like Jagger and have a splashing good time.

Akashi residence features a multitude of recreational spaces: an open-air lounge, a pool table and a dedicated entertainment den perfect for laid-back movie nights. Two air-conditioned dining rooms provide elegant venues for your meals, complete with 12-seater dining tables and picture windows that look into the garden. It’s also a wellness haven, with a yoga deck, a semi open-air gym, and an ice-bath located on the lower level. Outside, a velvety grass lawn cascades down to a small river.

An open staircase, or alternatively a very convenient elevator, takes you to the upper mezzanine floor. It’s home to four air-conditioned bedrooms, including the Master Bedroom. Two other bedrooms are located on the ground floor, on the same level as the pool and the air-conditioned entertainment den with a 85-inch Smart TV with Netflix.

All rooms come with a walk-through dressing area and an ensuite bathroom fitted with a powerful shower. The two master bathrooms are both equipped with Toto toilets, and one has twin washbasins and a freestanding terrazzo bathtub. Also on this floor is a yoga deck, a semi-open air gym. It is from this level that the waterslide curves down to the swimming pool below.

Nestled in the serene village of Pererenan, Akashi Residence presents an authentic slice of Bali while being just a 15-minute drive to Canggu. It’s a hidden find, while being conveniently close to the hottest attractions and an increasing number of beach bars. The rugged, dark-sand, Pererenan surf beach is just a six-minute drive from the property.

• For Families: Akashi Residence is an architectural masterpiece that strikes the delicate balance between functionality, luxury and style. This is a place where you can embrace the life of pure indulgence.
• Living Area: The dining and kitchen areas are conveniently located next to each other, offering an open and inviting space. The living area, on the other hand, provides a separate, air-conditioned room for relaxation on the ground floor. There’s also a balcony, rattan chairs and ceiling fans, as well as a roofed al-fresco sitting area by the pool.
• Spa: Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).The villa has an open gym, ice bath and private yoga deck, with additional yoga lessons provided upon request (extra charge).
• Transport: omplimentary one return airport transfers for four (4) guests is included in the rates. Additional one-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge). A driver and car rental service is available upon request at approximately USD $60 nett (excluding petrol) for eight hours a day.

• Additional Facilities: For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.
