Welcome to Villa Lina. Located in a quiet lane surrounded by lush rice fields and coconut trees, only 3 km from central Ubud, This villa offers you a stunning home away from home. With 4 luxuriously appointed double en-suite bedrooms with open views of rice fields, This villa is close to the lively Ubud’s city center, for you to sample the amazing cultural heritage and fine cuisine.
Villa Lina charms with its elegant and stylish contemporary tropical flair. With a fully-equipped kitchen and made-to-measure furniture, the villa is tastefully decorated by its owners, who have chosen top-quality furnishings. The décor takes inspiration both from minimalistic design and from the archipelago’s natural materials crafted by Bali’s master artisans. The villa has 4 luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with modular beds which can be arranged as a King-sized bed or two twin-sized beds, blackout curtains, air conditioning and a smart TV.
The modern rain shower bathroom is enclosed and includes toiletries. This villa offers both an open-plan and enclosed living room. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided in the fully equipped kitchen. We will also be happy to arrange a personal Chef, from our trusted partner, to come and prepare meals in the villa, at additional costs. For nature lovers, the surrounding countryside provides you with many opportunities for exploring. Ubud’s busy scenery is only a few minutes away.
View part of the unique beauty of the villa is the integration with the landscape. All bedrooms have an uninterrupted view of the endless rice fields. You can relax on the sunbed by the pool, overlooking the working rice fields where the farmers quietly maintain their land. 4 beautiful double/twin en-suite bedrooms, Modular beds can be arranged as one King-sized bed or splitted into two Twin-sized beds, Smart TV and safety box in all bedrooms, Enclosed rain shower bathroom, Fully equipped kitchen with bar. Finely appointed lounge and dining room Open/ enclosed, living room with a TV and game, High speed WiFi throughout, Large pool with sundeck and pool chairs, Secure parking area, Panoramic view of rice paddies from all bedrooms.
Villa Lina is brand new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road.
As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud. Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island.
Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem. Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host’s scope. No generator is available on site.
Traditional Balinese eateries are within walking distance of the villa, you can easily reach Ubud center by motorbike in 5 min or a leisure walk of 20min.
This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there’s no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.
