This villa is a short 10 minute ride to the center of Ubud.

The Space

Villa Mulia boasts a fully equipped kitchen, chic and made-to-measure lounge area furniture, 6 luxurious en-suite bedrooms with air-conditioner and smart TV. Villa Mulia is well set up for families with baby high chairs and extra beds. The infinity pool opens out onto a spectacular view of the jungle. Enjoy in-villa dining and spa services or step out to enjoy Ubud’s beautiful surroundings, vibrant restaurants and local sights, a mere 10 minute drive from Ubud city center. Should you wish to have breakfast, lunch or dine at the villa, your personal chef will purchase the groceries and take care of the cooking at an extra cost. The cover charge plus the cost of the groceries to be paid directly to the Chef.

Guest Access

This Villa Mulia will seduce you by its proximity to Ubud vibrant center yet the villa is tucked in a quiet area with stunning view of the jungle. You might hear noises which come from the insects and geckos who inhabit the jungle long before we began the villa construction. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island.

Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem. Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities.

Other things to note

Kindly note that these are completely out of the host’s scope. No generator is available on site. Kindly note that jungle and lands surrounding the property are not our property. This means locals can pass by or freely use their lands any way they want. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope or for the presence of other human beings in the surroundings.
