Villa Florimar

Villa Florimar is like nothing you’ve ever seen before. Cooled by ceiling fans, the living & dining room opens to the garden, incorporating a TV-watching area, accessed via stepping-stones over a pond. It is furnished with a large sofa and equipped with a satellite TV with USB-input, local and international channels. Adjacent to this is a low table and chairs for six, perfect for a small group to enjoy a Japanese meal. Aligned with the swimming pool and overlooking the garden, the central living area is furnished with colonial-style lazy chairs and a substantial daybed scattered with cushions.

An antique timber wall panel adds a splash of jade green behind the daybed. The dining area sits on the far side of another stepping-stone-bridged pond and is furnished with a table for ten, next to a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a funky decor showcasing the shabby-chic green lids of old Indonesian ‘krupuk’ (rice cracker) containers.

VIlla Florimar Bedroom

Villa Florimar has five air-conditioned bedrooms. The two master-suites, ‘Sunrise’ & ‘Sunset’, are accessed by twin staircases, each wrapped in an enigmatic wrought-iron cage. Both rooms  have windows on three sides overlooking the garden, the ocean and a Balinese temple. The black, king-size bed in each room is flanked by black side-tables, and oriented towards the sea.  The sexy ensuite bathrooms are each fitted with a luxurious black polished-concrete bathtub beside a wide window, with twin washbasins and a walk-in rainshower to one side.

Huge wall mirrors multiply the space, wardrobes provide plenty of storage and each master-suite has a TV and private roof terrace. The two garden suites are housed in symmetrical standalone pavilions, each has a sitting area facing the pool, a king-size bed, a rainshower, an integrated sunken bathtub and double washbasins fashioned in black polished-concrete. A built-in terrazzo bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rainshower are adjoined by the fifth bedroom as it enters from the side garden.

Villa Florimar Pool

The stunning 18-metre swimming pool completes the symmetry of the property. The pool deck is furnished with umbrellas as well as single and double sunloungers with deep mattresses. A central lounge opens up to the sky; it presides over the pool and offers an additional sitting area backed by an impressive vertical rock.

Service and Facilities

• For Families: Travellers ready to go off the grid and bask in the warmth and sunshine of Bali.
• Capacity: 10 adults and 2 children (5 ensuite bedrooms: each with a king bed). Two extra beds available at extra cost.
• Living Areas: Indoor open-plan living area with 2 ceiling fans, oversized sofas, table with 6 chairs, and SONOS Play 3 speaker system. Outdoor gazebo with sunbed by the pool area. Outdoor lounge area with coffee table on the second floor connected to each suite
• Pool: River-stone Swimming Pool with a shallow end (18m x 6.4m x 1.5m). 2 double and 2 single lounge chairs by the pool. Pool towels are provided. Pool Fence and Pool Toys available upon request.
• Spa: Spa services are available on request. Sunbed at the poolside gazebo can be used as a Massage Table.
• Dining: Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). All meals can be arranged in advance.
• Entertainment: Flat-screen Satellite TV with USB-input, local and international channels in the entertainment area. Flat-screen Cable TV with USB-input, local and international channels in Sunset Suite and Sunrise Suite.
